IPEL FG 891 is a synthetic biocide formulation based on a Nitrogen derivative and TCMTB 2- (thiocyanomethylthio) benzothiazole. The synergic for a variety of activities to control fungal growth in chromium skin and plants. IPEL FG 891 has excellent skin penetration, effective skin storage and preservation. IPEL FG 891 is free of organic solvents, phenols and heavy metals, easy to handle. IPEL FG 891 can be used alone or in combination with other disinfectants.

APPLICATION

 

IPEL FG 891 is usually applied from 0.1% to 0.25% of the total skin weight. It should be added 30 minutes after the tanning process. The product can be diluted 1:3 and introduced slowly into the barrel. If necessary a portion (possibly 30%) can be included in the tanning process.

  The active ingredients of IPEL FG 891 are fully biodegradable when diluted according to CIM (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) and will cause no damage when diluted to waste treatment plants. In the event of a spill, follow the directions in the MSDS and dispose of according to local regulations. All bins and drums are made of recycled HDPE

 

HANDLING AND STORAGE

 

Packing 20 kg, 50 kg, 200 kg drums and 1,000 kg. The barrel and drum are made of HDPE. Store the product on its original container at room temperature. Protects against frost, heat and direct sunlight. Best if consumed before completion 24 months from date of manufacture.
